Dovecot IMAP & left menu missing folder

My configuration: Slackware64-current postfix-3.2.2 dovecot-2.2.32 amavisd-new-2.11.0 httpd-2.4.27-x86_64 php-7.1.9 SquirrelMail version: 1.4.23 [SVN] I can connect to Dovecot and Postfix from command line. I have no error in SquirrelMail configtest. I can connect to Squirrelmail and send/receive mail BUT my left menu are missing folders INBOX, Draft, Sent and Trash.
