SquirrelMail 1.5.2 [SVN] with html_mail-2.3-1.4

Hi @all,
i want to compose html-mails with squirrelmail.
I am using firefox 52.4.0 (Windows 7 64) and he shows me only the "plain
text" editor.
The info-button from squirrelmail shows:
System information
You are using SquirrelMail version: 1.5.2 [SVN]
The administrator installed the following plugins:
html_mail
preview_pane
Is there any hint to activate the html_mail plugin?
