It's a problem with one of the servers in the receiving chain not supporting 8-bit MIME messages while the initial server indicates that it has 8-bit MIME support. The last hop is to the organization hosting the mailing list and it's probably the culprit - probably an older or misconfigured Exchange server or the likes.
