New to Squirrelmail and trying to setup user accounts

Hi,

I'm a bit new to the Squirrelmail project and I am trying to figure out the
best way to setup new user accounts. I saw the routes are either LDAP or
SQL database but wanted to see if there was a way to potentially do it
without these methods that doesn't require user accounts on the Linux
backend.
