Re: squirrelmail and php-8.3

There were squirrelmail.org recommended settings in an .htaccess file I created
earlier when trying to debug this.  Removing that file allowed these errors to
display:

Warning: Undefined variable $set_thread in
/usr/local/www/squirrelmail/functions/mailbox_display.php on line 844

Warning: Undefined variable $thread_name in
/usr/local/www/squirrelmail/functions/mailbox_display.php on line 845
