Open that file and the first two lines should be:

<?php
echo "Disallowed"; die;

Change the second line so it starts with two forward slashes:

// echo "Disallowed"; die;

Then access it from a web browser.

Otherwise, you would need to look in src/strings.php, but configtest gives
a lot of other useful information.
