What version of sqwebmail? Or can you post the source code near to line
2470? Is it the call to maildir_tmpcreate_fd?

But it looks to me like wrong permissions on the .Sent folder. Have you
checked all the folders? Folders names start with '.' and are therefore
hidden unless you look for them explicitly.

# cd /path/to/Maildir
# ls -lA
