That's the frameset. Try getting the source for the content of the 'blank'
frame (e.g. right click and choose 'view frame source' or something like
that)

Ah well, that means your webserver is not running on port 443, so you've no
chance of HTTPS operation.

Fix your webserver so that it serves HTTPS pages, then move on from there.
