Copy to Sent Folder

How to make this value becoming False (uncheck) in "Preserve a copy
of the message in the Sent folder" in Compose Template.
I know that it will unchecked if I update the preference with make
check in "Do not archive sent messages in the Sent folder".
But the default is uncheck, how to make the dafault checked
(Not copy to sent folder) after instalation or for new Usermail
without update the preference. So without file sqwebmail-config, the 
value of NOARCHIVE is 1.
