Thin Client

I have an older neoware thin client that is having trouble connecting to
sqwebmail.  I have everything working fine from a regular pc, but when the
thin client connects, it gives me the internet explorer open/save download
box.  Is this a compatibility issue with the toned down windows ce internet
explorer browser?  Any help will be appreciated.  Thanks.
