Sorry for replying to myself but there is an update to this issue. This problem was just tested on another machines' IE browser and it failed. Again the URL was prepended with "MHTML:" This same machine had Netscape 7.1 installed and it worked! Does anyone have an idea what might cause this to fail under IE 6.0?
