global address book can be used in only one user

Hi All,
       sqwebmail is working great with my 
virtual domains with ldap, but the global
address book has been accessed by only 
one user, remaining users, I am not getting
any output from address search, from ldap log, 
I can see there
is search request from sqwebmail. 

    I have search entry in my ldapaddressbook
file, it also showing in the search page, but
noresult when you click.

why it is possible for one user but not others,
is there any other place I need to configure.
