FW: Web config

I found this in the manual;

Load the login screen

   Specify the URL to the sqwebmail binary to display the login page. Try to
   log in to a test account. Review the rest of this configuration file in
   order to enable optional features that you want to use.

Can someone help me on the steps to acheiving this?
