if you do 
 make configure-check
  make
  make check
  make install-strip       
  make install-configure   
correctly. then your sqebmail should be access via  http://your-domain-name/cgi-bin/sqwebmail.
add "BrowserMatch "MSIE" nokeepalive downgrade-1.0 force-response-1.0" to your httpd.conf file.
to enable download attachments with IE.
