Ok, on this server each user has a sqwebmail pass file, inside the file the 
password is encryted...the pass file exists on the Maildir directory of each 
user...

The new server will be installed with qmail and vpopmail, and vpopmail will 
be configured with mysql support (enable-auth-module=mysql)

on mysql table there are a colum called pw_password where is the password 
encryted...if I understand you, I need import the crypted password on this 
colum...it's correct??? and I know if this is the case, this question is out 
of the mailing list, but how can I do it?? how can import from encrypted 
file to a crypted column on a mysql table?
