automatically enable the filter

hi

does anybody know how can i handle, that a new user became
access, filter his mail.
iÂ´ve installed maildrop and it work fine. but i have always to create
that maidirfilterconfig by hand. couse qmailadmin doesnÂ´t do it. ! :(
is there an option for in sqwebmail
