Encoding

Hi,

We use sqwebmail with a canadian french Windows XP.

When we send email to mail account and read it using sqwebmail,

the message header is ok but the canadian french special character like é, 
à, î are chinese character.

If I change my web browser encoding type, the boy of html message is bok but 
the header or subject are wrong.

I guess I have to modify --encoding-type at configure command, but how.
