files .bin

Hi, i have installed a qmail+vpopmail+sqwebmail-4.0.7 all works fine, but when i
send a mail with attach, for example menu.doc the other person see the attach
like menu.bin and cannot open the file

tell me if you have more information about the problem or installation, etc.,
