Authentication against userdb

Good Afternoon !

I using sqwebmail, and authentication against userdb, in option -md5 
(systempw), perfectly !

Is it possible authentication in option -hmac-md5?

In the courier-pop, this option work very well, and this way I can to 
use (cram-md5) in the email client (ex. kmail)!

But in the sqwebmail don`t authenticate !
