Size of columns in three columns mode changes after closing or switching screen
layout.

When using the three-column view, resizing of the rightmost column (i.e. the
one where the messages are displayed) is not saved and restored when closing
claws-mail and opening it again.
Also, when switching from three-column view to standard view and back, the
width of the columns  changes again.

In claws-mail 3.18, the size of the columns would be restored after starting
the client again, in 4.0.0 this only happens in for the rightmost columnn (with
the folders) and in standard layout.

I'm not sure if my explanations are clear, so I've attached a video of the
phenomenon (blurry due to the size restriction). The menus clicked are "View"
-> "Screen Layout" -> "Standard"/"Three Columns"
