cCal date error

By complete chance I was testing the vCal plugin and someone has a
birthday on 30th March

I hovered over the calendar entries and noticed that instead of all
day 30/03/22 they actually show 30/04/22 as per the screen shot here:

There are actually two all day entries - one for his birthday and one
for a day off.

Just built and tested on latest git and it is still there.

Note sure what to do next on this!! Bug it?
