Metapad doesn't, it's my standard notepad replacement.

anyway

I tried
c:\winnt\notepad.exe %f &
(w2K200 sp3 )  

and
C:\utils\vim\vim61\gvim.exe "%f" & 

but alas, I get a flicker but nothing happens.
It is not important, but I feel I'm missing out on a great feature.

Is there a way to test gspawn-win32-helper.exe as a stand alone?
