This one is a gtk-1/win32 problem, but the changes to gtk-2 are
quite huge, so we'll have live with that unless unix sylpheed
makes the step to gtk-2.x (if ever).
But you can press <CTRL-L>, it refreshes the screen as a sideeffect
of linewrapping.
