Thanks! I'll try this. In my work environment, disabling NAV on incoming mail is *really* frowned on. Interestingly, I noticed that on my home machine, NAV is able to intercept these messages without disrupting Sylpheed-Claws. Perhaps it's just a newer version of Norton.
