All that accept a filename as argument and return the result via
%ERRORLEVEL% (exit code): Nonzero means virus and the mail will
silently be moved into a selectable folder.
The scan command can be customized, %s will be replaced by the
filename of the mail to check, e.g.
  navc /doallfiles %s
