Account voodoo.

I have just upgraded to SC 0.9.0, when I noticed that I have two
instances of an IMAP account in my folder list as well as an old
IMAP account that isn't even listed in the edit accounts dialog. I have
looked in the accountrc file and only find my default account and one
instance of the IMAP account listed. The old IMAP account isn't listed
at all. How do I get the folder list to coincide with the the reality in
the accountrc? I have tried right clicking the account folder and
chosing to delete the IMAP account, but it neither works for the old
Imap account, nor for the account that is listed twice. Any ideas?
