Sylpheed doesn't add a "User-Agent" header, unless
you define a custom one in the account settings.
Who added that header?

Both above headers are incorrect: The declaration of
the encoding is missing (e.g. "t=F6st" will look like
"=3D?ISO-8859-15?Q?t=3DF6st?=3D").

Apart from that, it is optional if you use real spaces
or encoded ones (=3D20) - only the last trailing space
must be encoded to avoid being stripped on transport.
