次の条件のすべてが該当する場合
Receiveが次を含む　for <このMLで登録しているアドレス>
いずれかのヘッダが次の正規表現にマッチ　(<このMLのList-ID>|<他のMLのList-ID>|まぐまぐのX-Mag2Id)
