The throttle seems now to have been put off my account, but when I
enter my Inbox via my main working instance of Sylpheed, it hangs
with the following in the Protocol log:

[13:14:19] IMAP4> 20 SELECT INBOX
[13:14:20] IMAP4< * FLAGS (\Answered \Flagged \Draft \Deleted \Seen $Forwarded $Junk $NotJunk $NotPhishing $Phishing JunkRecorded NotJunk Redirected)
[13:14:20] IMAP4< * OK [PERMANENTFLAGS (\Answered \Flagged \Draft \Deleted \Seen $Forwarded $Junk $NotJunk $NotPhishing $Phishing JunkRecorded NotJunk Redirected \*)] Flags permitted.
[13:14:20] IMAP4< * OK [UIDVALIDITY 2] UIDs valid.
[13:14:20] IMAP4< * 23627 EXISTS
[13:14:20] IMAP4< * 0 RECENT
[13:14:20] IMAP4< * OK [UIDNEXT 39608] Predicted next UID.
[13:14:20] IMAP4< * OK [HIGHESTMODSEQ 6556944]
[13:14:20] IMAP4< 20 OK [READ-WRITE] INBOX selected. (Success)
[13:14:20] IMAP4> 21 UID FETCH 1:* (UID FLAGS)
[13:14:20] IMAP4< (retrieving FLAGS...)
[13:14:22] IMAP4< 21 OK Success
[13:14:22] IMAP4> 22 UID FETCH 12966:39607 (UID FLAGS RFC822.SIZE RFC822.HEADER)

Does it mean that Sylpheed is trying to download most of me e-mail again?
