Oh, boy, it's not my day.

As I use my own TLS solution, and not the built in, I didn't notice
the crt was in etc\ssl\certs in the Sylpheed directory as certs.crt.
The trust.crt is the permanently accepted certificates by the user on
its own directory.

Sorry for all the confusion and noise to the list.
