Hi,

no, you aren't the only one, I reported/advised it several times on
the list to lower the timeout.

Go to Preferences > Details > Advanced and change the value from the
default 30 seconds (as you can check on your log) to some 8-10
seconds only, that is the time I found most appropiate to avoid waste
the time for all services/servers I use.
