Long ago I don't see one, only the slowness of the servers. They have improved a little in the latest days, but not much. Reviewing old logs it doesn't only happen when copying files but to NAMESPACE command or just a STATUS for a folder. Sometimes it bans you for just a moment for no apparent reason while still lets you manage other accounts at the same time... > I guess its fair to say that both AOL and Yahoo are unusable with > IMAP now. The only solution seems to be to switch to pop. If it weren't by mail filters and folder checking, I would agree. But, to date, I'm not happy with almost any mainstream free mail service. > Anyway, nice to see someone having troubles with this and its not > just me, Cheers! To me what is a pain is the empty summary on folders that I reported with this mailing list thread. Every new mail, a new update to the folder summary. Tiresome. And I don't get why they send mail headers+body in groups of 5-10/second!!! :-? Tedious. They save the most broadband they can. Sending large mails is worst. Ok, I'm ranting. Enough :) Regards.
