Hi Gene,

Win 7 & Sylpheed 3.7.0 Win32 here, could see AppData after Show Hidden Files toggled. Should be a bug or something of Gtk on Win 10 I guess.

Maybe a privilege issue? Try running as administrator and maybe it would then work.
