I appeciate that you want to help diagnose my problem. What I need, however, isn't a diagnosis but a therapy. And sending isn't the problem, receiving is.

Have you ever received an encrypted email with an "Autoencrypt:" header containing the key while the body being cryptotext only and no mime multiparts? And see it in decrypted sylpheed?
