[sylpheed:37256] Access to repository to change INSTALL

Hi!

I'd like to update the INSTALL file to confirm that 3.7.0 works on
Debian 12 when I get it compiled (I am at it now). May I have access to
the repository?

By the way,

https://sylpheed.sraoss.jp/en/repo.html

still has the section for Subversion usage, when it was migrated to Git.
Is it because the old Subversion one is still available?

On another subject, if there's been a reply from the developers to my
last message it hasn't reached me yet.
