[sylpheed:37292] Email standard for BCC behaviour

Hi,

I'd like to know the email standard that specifies default behaviour of BCC printout on BCC addressees, meaning whether they get the rest of BCC addressees or just them. This should be on an RFC but I don't know which, and must be on a proper standandard. I think the default should be the whole list, but would like to confirm.

By the way, I'm still not getting email from the list, nor from almost anything, and on my Gmail IMAP account I still can't see new messages, nor couldn't for a very long time.
