First of all, I will try to restore program configuration from a
backup (if you have one). If backup is inaccessible, then you should
find the filter configuration file in the disk directory corresponding
to your account. This configuration file is named "account.srb", but
may be damaged or renamed when the program was failed. If this file is 
empty (please note this is binary, not text), then your filters were 
lost.

Because filters may be copied and pasted as ordinary text, I always 
have a copy of them in simple text file, despite the account backup.
