I am now on my test computer again. I have just copied the libcef.dll from my work laptop to this computer, and now I can see messages again.

So, the problem is that the libcef.dll was overwriten when I installed 11.4.1.5 (not 11.4.1.4 as the subject says), but when I installed 11.4.1 over it, this file was not overwritten. I don't know how these .msi files work, but I see this as a bug.
