It seems to be a mismatch between the "NAU" and "AU" versions that store it in different locations and when the install is poisoned once, TheBat! installs the library at one location and expects it at the other. For me, this is the case quite regularly. You probably have one version in "program files" and another in your profile's "appdata". Check which is the newer and you most probably need to copy it to the other location.
