12.0 Character set missed in right-click menu with new preview (compact and not)

Howdy!

I do receive some letter that not decoding correctly text in new preview and can't find auto-detect feature (character set). Please return this menu when new preview is on. 

See an example with крякозябры when new preview is on in the attached file.
