Up and running.

A question....
While concentrated working on my projects on the PC AND waiting 
for email, I wish to have the TB icon permanently visible in the taskbar
to let me directly see if new mail arrived - the icon in the system tray
is invisable, has to be popped up by hand.
However, the bat icon in the taskbar does not 'flap' at all after new
mail arrived.
See image.
Can that be changed please to let me see in the taskbar the waving icon?
