I can't even select the internal implementation:

- Dialog "Choose PGP version" shows "GPG command line" selected. None 
of the radio buttons are enabled, so I can't choose any of the 
variants.

- The other options ("OpenPGP preferences", "OpenPGP key manager") 
don't do anything. No dialog, no message, nothing.


GPG is not installed on this PC.
