New ticker features

1) Please add actions to messages in ticker, like in push-messages in Android apps (AquaMail and others). Now ticker isn't helpful and just shows that some messages are arrived. I'm about clicking on flowing name of message in Ticker and have it some actions like
- reply
- delete
- mark as spam
- quick reply
- move to archive
- etc (user can add some other actions inside settings)

2) Please do ticker available only for folders that user choose (add/exclude folders from ticker)

3) about icon of app and count of unread messages - needs to have a feature to exclude some folders from that counting.
