I see that you're running WinME.
Did you do a system restart after adding gpg.exe to the path?

Also, ensure that there are no typographical errors there. A typo was my
problem the last time I had your problem.

It can remain installed. They will not interfere with each other's
operations. I currently have PGP 9 and GnuPG installed here.
