TB! asks the system for these things, rather than ask you to input
paths. It therefore depends on the system being OK.
I can't really speak for WinME, but TB! has no problems here finding
paths to GnuPG and PGP. Never had a problem with that sort of thing
across many, many versions.
If you had other apps that depended on the system to work with
PGP/GnUPG, Mulberry being an example, you could test to see if it's a
system, rather than a TB! problem.
GnuPG working with WinPT isn't enough to say it's setup OK.
