TB! & DDhelp.exe

DDhelp.exe and Stimon.exe are always started when TB runs. Is this normal?

In the past, I have traced a few lock-ups to times when DDHelp was loaded. I realise it doesn't use any ticks, usually, but still, if I killed it, the WinME sys ran. If I had problems with tremendous slowdowns, I could also see DDHelp.exe was loaded.

May not even be relevant. But I thought I would mention it and see if anyone else had experiences.
