I guess that would be something "[listname]Re: [listname] Subject" as
most clients add Re: bfore the subject of the reply. You could try to
use something like this in your reply template:

%SetPattRegExp='Re:\s[listname](.*)'%-
%RegExpBlindMatch='%OSubj'%- 
%Subject="Re: [listname] %SubPatt='1'"%-
