TB/Windows font

Hello TBUDL'ers,

I do a restart on my computer every night just for ducks. Sometimes it will
cause all my desktop icons to be all over the screen, widely separated and I have
to do another restart to get them back where they belong. This morning I find
that the font describing my desktop icons has shrunk to almost microscopic size
and the context menus and other locations in TB! have shrunk also.

I suppose I'm safe in assuming this is a Win 10 problem and not a TB! problem.
That said, does anyone know where in the Win registry are the settings for icon
font size? Again I'll assume fixing the Win font will also fix the TB! font.
