Filter

Hello,

is it possible to automatically return incoming mails to the sender?
Or block specific mailadresses sending the sender an automated
mail to inform that the mails was blocked?
 
Reason: I want not to have mails from specific adresses in my list of mails,
but have them know, that the email is blocked and not read.
 
If it is possible, how?  (Im not familiar with the filter language)
