Generic app icon is displaying on taskbar for The Bat following upgrade

I recently upgraded from 10.1 to 10.3.2. However, following the upgrade, the icon for The Bat on the taskbar was replaced with a generic app icon. How do I get the bat icon back on The Bat icon as it appears on the taskbar? -- Avi Avram Sacks, using The Bat!
